So this is it! Thank goodness this blog is finally being kicked into gear! I've been trying to start it for a few weeks but I just so happened to forget my username and password. go figure... :-P
I have always loved writing an often find myself narrating in my head, so I figured a blog would be a cool way to go... Yet being somewhat lazy and preoccupied I've never really gotten around to it.
But now that I've recently finished roaming the globe for 2 years with a mission organization*, AND only just married the love of my life (a wonderful redheaded Texan named Carter) I'm realizing that a blog has to begin. It's rather unavoidable I think... as I'm now finding myself with friends and family in every corner of the globe. Who (as I far as i can tell) want to know what me and my hubby are up to.

So although this is technically my 'first' post, it feels like I've been blogging forever. I really hope you enjoy all the entries that follow. I have a lot to say, and I'm finding that life is never dull now that I've eagerly embraced the last name, Bandy.
